In general, Sankranthi season is a very good season for movie releases. Average movies too do well during this season. Thanks to the patronage from all sections of the people. But this season had no good memories for NTR. Four of the total five movies of NTR which released in this season failed miserably. Only his last Sankranthi release, Adhurs managed to do well.
And now, NTR's upcoming movie, Badshah producer Bandla Ganesh had announced that Badshah will be releasing on 11th January, 2013. Fans are in two minds regarding the release date given the advantage of the season and the bad luck sentiment. Meanwhile, the song shoot of Badshah is currently underway in Milan, Italy. This schedule will continue till end of this month.
Kajal will be pairing up with NTR once again in this movie after Brindavanam.The movie will be produced by Bandla Ganesh Babu under Parameswara Arts banner. Thaman who worked for Srinu Vaitla's earlier movie Dookudu will also work for this movie.
